This is a 1 hour mat Pilates session suitable for all abilities. My classes aim to provide a full body workout, focusing on improving stability, strength, posture and alignment. 

The class is based in the Dance Studio in the Grange Academy, Bushey. When you come to the class, please follow the road round to the car park and you will see the sign pointing to the entrance. Please arrive 5 minutes before the class starts.
